Karyn is a strategic and operational HR Professional and Organisational Development and Change Management specialist with 25 years’ experience in both Corporate HR Executive roles and consulting project roles. She has international experience with complex matrix organisations with the ability to partner at Board / EXCO levels whilst still being able to motivate people at all other levels to operationalise deliverables. She has played various roles in the management of significant transformation initiatives, developing strategic imperatives, facilitating organisational design and development initiatives, designing and implementing learning and development solutions and managing teams in optimising their outputs. She has had the privilege of working with over 67 different cultures.

Sandra’s work experience in the banking and insurance sector is in excess of 30 years. Sixteen of those years was in the private sector in various human resource development roles. The rest of her experience has been in the public sector having worked for BANKSETA where she was part of the founding management team. In 2009 she joined INSETA as the CEO, a position she held until September 2018. She has extensive experience working with small and large businesses.
